Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be registered via our return portal. Returns sent without a registered request may not be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition, with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Returned as a complete item

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cipollettiofficial.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our side or a defective item. Instructions will be provided after registering your return via the return portal.
